Mommas Lil Pep (2017) – “Hal”
Hal is a 2017 model (7 coming 8) AQHA registered bay gelding. He has been cowboyed and day worked off of for the past 4 years throughout eastern Oregon. He has rode through and doctored calves out on the meadows, in the high desert, rough canyon country, and steep timbered mountains. Hal handles himself anywhere and in any situation that you put him in.
Hal crosses water, knows how to navigate through thick timber, over fallen trees, and knows where his feet are when going through rocky country, he is about as sure-footed as they come. He has done corral work for weaning and shipping seasons and has branded thousands of calves. He does well with time off, easy to catch, stands good to shoe, loads in the trailer well, and in the first horse to walk up to you in the corral. Hal is a forward mover and can go all day without missing a beat.
He is currently being started on both sides of the box in team roping and will have been hauled to a few jackpots by sale time.
