It’s going to be tough to convey in one short description just how nice “Sadface” really is. First off, aesthetically wise, he is a 15.3 hand, 1350-pound, true-blue roan gelding. We call him “Sadface” just because of his kind eye and docile nature. He is by far the gentlest and most pleasing horse we have ever owned. He is your typical born and raised ranch horse in that he crosses down timber and water with ease. Everything he has done has been ranch related. “Sadface” has been our go to horse to move cows off and on Forrest service permits in the summer. He has branded thousands of calves in the spring. Along with doctoring cattle outside throughout the year. “Sadface” is awesome to bring to town, winning money in team roping, team doctoring, and ranch rodeos. He is the same horse every time! He will not cheat you and keeps you safe. In addition to this, he is good with other horses, his feet, and easy to bridle and also get on. He’s simply a pleasure to have around and one I trust with the entire family no matter the setting. I have confidence that his next owners will have no issue enjoying him as much or more than I have.
